Projector Loaner Program

This program is designed to provide a loaner projector while a customer’s projector is being serviced/repaired. While we understand the need for projector availability when operating a ranch is always present, the loaner can be made available to the customer prior to the return of their projector for service

Steps for this process: 

  1. Contact Pneu-Dart’s Customer Care Team about your projector service/repair at 866-299-3278. (Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm EST)
  2. Customer Care Provider will issue customer an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to return the projector to Pneu-Dart. 
  3. If the customer chooses to, they can be issued a loaner projector to use while their projector is being evaluated by Pneu-Dart’s technicians further. 
  4. For the loaner to be provided, Pneu-Dart must place a hold on the customer’s credit card for the amount of the projector (MSRP). 
  5. Once the customer’s original projector has been repaired, it will be returned to the customer. In addition, a return shipping label will be provided; enabling the customer to send the loaner projector model back to Pneu-Dart.
  6. Once Pneu-Dart has received the loaner back to our facility in the same condition to which it was initially shipped, the hold on the credit card will be released.
